But how does it really work?

How does it really work?

The interior design magazine articles obviously contain images in varying styles. Each of these article images, typically around 10 per article, have automatically been used as input to restb.ai's Sherlock service, configured with an index containing around 600,000 listing images from active listings on Hemnet.

For each article image, up to six similar listing images were identified by the service.

The identified similar listing images have then been used as input to restb.ai's classification, feature detection, and property condition analysis service.

Only similar images with a condition score of 4 (Good), 5 (Excellent), or 6 (Luxury) are displayed, all other images are discarded.

The images are then displayed along with their classification category, detected features, and perceived property condition.
